DOUG PEDERSON RECOGNIZED

Doug was recognized as “patriotic employer” by the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.  Pederson was nominated by 2nd Lieutenant Matt Erpenbach, a structural engineer with RISE, for his flexibility and generosity towards Matt’s Guard duties which often take him away from the office.  “With no one to do my job really, it’s a sacrifice for him when I’m gone, but he’s just been nothing but great about me leaving,” Erpenbach said.  “He could easily have a different attitude.”
